Also the founder of risk management company The Fezembat Group, Léautier has enjoyed a successful career in the private sector and in international development environs, having been both Vice-President and Chief of Staff to the President of the World Bank, and Executive Secretary of the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF). Léautier is Founding Editor of the Journal of Infrastructure Systems, serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of African Trade (JAD), and is a Founding Board Member of the Nelson Mandela Institute for Science and Technology, and the Africa Institute for Governing with Integrity. She serves on the board of UONGOZI, a Leadership Institute in Tanzania, MIT Open Course Ware, MIT Corporation visiting committees, is Director at Large on the board of the African Economic Research Consortium (AERC), and a member of the Haiti Task Force of the PHOTOS: SUPPLIED Qatar Foundation.
